THE STAFF
Editor/Publisher
Don Weberg
don@garagestylemagazine.com
Don continually mutters about cloning himself, indicating that somehow having two of him will make life easier. But for whom? The idea generator behind GSM, Don finished his time at California State University Long Beach with three degrees in Journalism and Communications, and has worked for the past decade as a freelance writer/photographer for a variety of automotive magazines and Websites around the globe. He currently works eight-days a week perfecting GSM. Passionate about cars since birth, there doesn't seem to be a marque he doesn't like. He is currently considering the purchase of a 1987 Yugo Turbo Convertible, but has also been eyeballing a 1958 Plymouth Sport Suburban (station wagon). Recently married, his hobbies and interests have shifted from running around in search of the ultimate mocha to locating a garage with attached home for he and Michele, and creating the best darn magazine in the world. Perhaps an overstatement, but one never knows.
Business Manager
Michele Weberg
michele@garagestylemagazine.com
Michele is the backbone of Garage Style Magazine. With her ability to keep all the intricacies of the company running with reasonable smoothness, she linked GSM with a Web designer, keeps the minutes of all the meetings, ensures that all the financials are in check, and much more. Michele has learned a great deal about business operations through her tenure working for restaurants; experience that is serving well behind the scenes at the ?zine. Also a graduate of California State University Long Beach, her pastimes include creating some of the most seriously tasty cakes and cookies you'll ever eat, scrapbooking, and shopping.
